Ginger

Ginger has served families in the long-term care industry for over 17 years. After earning her bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration, she took a job in what would be her niche ... admissions. In this role, she helped families place their loved ones in short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing home and assisted living settings. She worked with all aspects of the health care industry, including hospitals, home health care, physician offices and hospice. Over her career, she gained countless invaluable business and personal experiences.
On a personal level, she and her family were faced with the difficult decision of moving her aging Mother from her lifelong residence into a facility. Although it was a difficult time in their lives, that experience gave Ginger firsthand insights into all the emotions involved in taking that step - gaining even greater empathy for any family facing that stressful situation.
She knows there are many people in the community who are needing guidance - struggling with where to start, who to turn to for help. It is for this reason that she chose to move on to the next chapter in her career as an advisor with Senior Living Connections. In this role, she looks forward to the opportunity to continue helping families by walking together with them as they make those tough decisions for their loved ones. Her hope is that, in the end, she will make a difference in the lives of the families she touches and that they find peace in knowing they’ve done the right thing for their loved one.
